Construction Manager Nokia/Sprint 2.5 Project, October 2014 - June 2015

Nokia LTE construction manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth Sprint 2.5Ghz carrier deployment project. Managed several teams of field engineers, tower crews, and stake holders on a daily basis while deploying 500 sites in North Texas. The sites were built and construction complete under schedule per acceptance timeline.
